Community Builder

What is a Community Builder?

A community builder is an adult who lives in the complex of each POD. In exchange for overseeing the POD their rent will be paid by Integrative Neighborhoods or a supporting agency. The idea is for this person to be able to work their own job during typical working hours. Their job as a Community Builder is to support and guide adults with disabilities throughout their lives.Here are a few of their responsibilities.

The community builder has the responsibility to be on call at night to help and support during any emergencies these individuals may face.
